Price Increases in Summer Areas Have Doubled in the Last 1 Year!

All real estate, which takes the pulse of the real estate market, has revealed the demand for summer areas in the last 1 year with numerical data. The index data revealed that the prices of houses for sale in summer areas have increased by more than 100% in the last 1 year.

January 2022 Real Estate Index announced by Turkey’s expert real estate platform Hepsiemlak[1] According to the data, the demand for summer areas and the accompanying price increases in the last 1 year draw attention. While the district with the highest price increase was Milas of Muğla with 188%, price increases were recorded in Muğla’s Marmaris district by 115%, in Bodrum district by 113% and in Dalaman district by 102%.

In the Foça district of İzmir, which ranks second in the list, price increases have reached 150% in the last 1 year, while the increases were 129% in the Seferihisar district of İzmir, 124% in the Dikili district, 109% in the Urla district and 107% in the Çeşme district.

While the average square meter prices of the houses for sale in the Konyaaltı district of Antalya, which ranks third, increased by 139% in the last year, increases were realized by 137% in the Muratpaşa district, 119% in the Alanya district and 101% in the Kemer district.

Summer areas in the provinces of Balıkesir and Aydın, which are on the list, also drew attention with price increases of more than 100%. While an increase of 129% was observed in the Burhaniye district of Balıkesir, the increase was 106% in the Edremit district and 100% in the Ayvalık district. In Aydın, the increases in the last 1 year were 117% in Didim and 114% in Kuşadası.
