The lowest annual increase was realized in the main group of communication with 11.89%. The other main groups in which the increase was lower compared to the same month of the previous year were education with 22.24%, clothing and shoes with 26.87% and health with 32.86%, respectively. On the other hand, the main groups with the highest increase compared to the same month of the previous year were transportation with 75.75%, household goods with 64.83%, food and non-alcoholic beverages with 64.47%, respectively.

According to monthly CPI, 8 main groups showed lower changes and 4 main groups showed higher changes.

In terms of main expenditure groups, the main groups that showed the least increase in February 2022 were clothing and shoes with 0.30%, alcoholic beverages and tobacco with 0.44% and housing with 1.49%. On the other hand, the main groups with the highest increase in February 2022 were food and non-alcoholic beverages with 8.41%, household goods with 7.00%, and health with 6.39%, respectively.

Special CPI indicator (B) increased by 47.01% annually and 3.87% monthly

In February 2022, CPI excluding unprocessed food products, energy, alcoholic beverages, tobacco and gold was 3.87% compared to the previous month, 11.65% compared to December of the previous year, 47.01% compared to the same month of the previous year. and an increase of 24.54% compared to the twelve-month averages.
